Virgulando is an Android game developed by Mambee Lab that aims to simplify the complex rules of comma usage and make it easier for users to understand and implement in their writing. The game provides an introduction to the importance of commas and the type of pause they require. It offers various interactive activities that cover the main rules of comma usage, all set in a dynamic classroom environment complete with a projector and other resources.
One of the unique features of Virgulando is the use of sound to analyze pauses that can alter the meaning of a sentence, depending on the presence or absence of a comma. The project was created by Marlange Benvinda dos Santos Brito as part of her Master's thesis in Letras-PROFLETRAS/UESPI/CAPES.
